Let’s talk about attention deficit disorder and what I consider the best remedy for ADD or ADHD.

Some people may have a difficult time transitioning from their medication to this natural remedy for ADD. This transition should be done gradually and with the help of a doctor.

ADD, or ADHD, has nothing to do with someone’s intelligence—we’re talking about a lack of attention and, in some cases, hyperactivity.

Many different things can play into someone having problems with attention, like overstimulation or difficulty in school. There is also a physical component involved when someone has ADD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

The brain hogs energy, and it takes a lot of energy in the brain for someone to pay attention to something. If your brain is tired, you won’t be able to concentrate for very long.

Running your brain on ketones can give you energy. Ketones are a cleaner, more efficient fuel source for the brain. The way to feed your brain ketones is to lower your carbohydrates.

Cutting grains out of your diet is essential. Gluten can affect your gut, which could then affect your brain, leading to brain fog.

Here are a few more things that can affect your brain and may cause a short attention span:
• Allergies
• Lack of sleep
• Too much caffeine
• Nutrient deficiencies

The best ways to improve your attention naturally:
1. Take DMAE
2. Get on the ketogenic diet and do intermittent fasting
3. Consume plenty of vitamin B1, magnesium, potassium, and omega-3 fatty acids

0:53 Why this may work for hair growth
2:55 How to use gelatin to boost hair growth
3:30 Learn more about hair loss with this video!

Today, I want to give you a really good and inexpensive tip for hair growth or thicker hair.

While I do sell different hair growth products, today, I just want to give you a simple tip to help promote hair growth.

My #1 tip for hair growth and thicker hair is to consume gelatin. You could use either gelatin, unflavored and unsweetened Jell-O, or hydrolyzed collagen.

How gelatin can potentially help increase hair growth:
• It’s 99% protein
• It has amino acids and peptides
• It increases blood flow and blood volume

In a few interesting studies, they saw a 50% increase in hair growth, a substantial increase in the diameter of the hair, and an increase in the number of hairs.

Gelatin may help provide the raw material needed and boost blood flow to add some additional help when it comes to hair growth—even if there is an autoimmune component or genetic weakness.

You may want to try 10 to 14 grams (1 Tbsp) of gelatin powder per day with L-cysteine or NAC and saw palmetto.

Find out how to help prevent muscle loss associated with aging with these 6 tips.

DATA:
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/6122168/
https://www.frontiersin.org/ar....ticles/10.3389/fphys

0:00 Introduction: How to prevent muscle loss with aging
0:23 Sarcopenia
1:32 Estrogen and age-related muscle loss
2:55 Cholesterol and muscle loss
4:08 Melatonin and muscle loss
5:25 Six ways to salvage your hormones to prevent muscle loss as you age

In this video, we’re going to talk about preventing muscle loss due to aging. At around age 50, women go through menopause which causes hormonal changes. Men experience hormonal changes around age 60.

As you age and your hormones change, you can become deficient in skeletal muscle. This is known as sarcopenia. Around 40% of your metabolism is related to your muscles, so this can have detrimental effects.

In women, estrogen decreases with age, but progesterone drops even lower. Without progesterone, you end up with a lot of problems from estrogen.

Cholesterol is a building block for steroid hormones, like testosterone and estrogen, which directly affect your muscles. This is why low-cholesterol and low-fat diets can cause muscle loss. Coincidentally, this is why you see muscle damage and diseases associated with statin drugs.

Here are 6 ways to protect and support your hormones to help prevent muscle loss as you age:

1. Infrared light can increase melatonin. Sunlight, fire, and candles all provide infrared light.

2. Regular, consistent, resistance exercise is the most potent stimulator of muscle building.

3. Ensure adequate intake of high-quality animal protein. Aim for .8 to 1.2 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight each day.

4. Consume plenty of cholesterol from meat and dairy.

5. Try pregnenolone supplements. Start out with 30 mg per day for women and 100 mg for men.
Pregnenolone is a precursor for important hormones related to muscle building.

6. DHEA is a precursor for hormones that help build muscle. Try 25 mg for women and 100 mg for men.

Find out about the #1 vitamin deficiency behind migraines and how increasing your intake may provide migraine relief.

DATA:
https://onlinelibrary.wiley.co....m/doi/full/10.1111/j

0:00 Introduction: What is a migraine?
0:10 Migraine symptoms
2:29 What vitamin deficiency is associated with migraines?
3:26 Vitamin B2 for migraine relief
3:38 How to stop a migraine
4:10 Other migraine causes

In this video, we’re going to talk about the #1 vitamin deficiency behind migraines. Migraines can cause debilitating pain and hypersensitivity to smells, sounds, and light. They can also cause nausea and increase the impulse to vomit.

Migraines can be genetic, but this doesn’t mean you have to live with them. You have to understand the epigenetic factors that can potentially help you override this genetic weakness.

There is a connection between under-functioning mitochondria and migraines. This vitamin is involved with an enzyme that helps preserve the aerobic metabolism in your mitochondria. It also helps you build up glutathione.

One of the earliest indications of Parkinson’s disease is the failure of the glutathione mechanism. If you don’t have enough glutathione, it can cause serious damage to your neurons.

Riboflavin (vitamin B2) deficiency is the vitamin deficiency often involved with migraines. If you have a genetic problem in your mitochondria, you may need more vitamin B2. Vitamin B2 helps allow oxygen to work through the mitochondria.

Try taking 400 mg of vitamin B2 to help prevent migraines. If you want to know how to get rid of a migraine if you already have one, try taking 100 mg of vitamin B2 every hour until your migraine symptoms are gone—but don't exceed 400 mg per day.

Sodium deficiencies can also cause migraines. Consuming more sea salt can help. If vitamin B2 doesn’t provide migraine relief, you can also try ginger or turmeric.

FREE PDF: Top 25 Home Remedies That Really Work 👉 https://drbrg.co/3Q94Evv

Discover the best natural and effective remedy for arthritis. This one surprised me!

0:00 Introduction: The best natural remedy for arthritis
0:35 What is arthritis?
0:40 Side effects of NSAIDs and steroids
1:02 How this remedy works
1:40 Signs of NAD deficiency
2:48 The best vitamin for arthritis

In this video, we’re going to talk about a vitamin that can help relieve symptoms of arthritis. Arthritis involves inflammation, breakdown of cartilage, stiffness, and pain.

People often take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) to get rid of the pain associated with arthritis, but NSAIDs can cause gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, and kidney problems. Steroids for pain can destroy your joints and lower your immune system.

This incredible remedy for arthritis is a precursor for NAD. NAD is a helper molecule that helps turn food into energy and is involved in over 400 different genes.

Signs of an NAD deficiency can include:
1. Low collagen repair
2. Inflammation
3. Fatigue
4. Muscle pain, muscle weakness, muscle loss
5. Metabolic diseases
6. Aging faster than normal
7. Lowered immune system

Niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3, is the best vitamin for arthritis. Try taking around 100 to 150 milligrams of niacinamide 3 to 6 times per day, depending on the severity of your arthritis.

Ensure you’re consuming sufficient protein for niacinamide to help with your arthritis symptoms, and it’s also best to avoid alcohol.

Tryptophan can also turn into vitamin B3, but the mechanism is not very efficient. Niacinamide is a non-toxic, effective, and affordable remedy for arthritis!

Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988. His use of “doctor” or “Dr.” in relation to himself solely refers to that degree. Dr. Berg is a licensed chiropractor in Virginia, California, and Louisiana, but he no longer practices chiropractic in any state and does not see patients so he can focus on educating people as a full-time activity, yet he maintains an active license. This video is for general informational purposes only. It should not be used to self-diagnose and it is not a substitute for a medical exam, cure, treatment, diagnosis, prescription, or recommendation. It does not create a doctor-patient relationship between Dr. Berg and you. You should not make any change in your health regimen or diet before first consulting a physician and obtaining a medical exam, diagnosis, and recommendation. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.
