الشيخ الدكتور عثمان الخميس تتلمذ على يد الشيخ محمد بن صالح العثيمين والشيخ صالح اللحيدان وغيرهم من العلماء، وتخرج على يديه العديد من الطلبة، حاصل على بكالوريوس من جامعة المدينة المنورة تخصص حديث، حاصل على الماجستير في البحث المعنون (السبطين الحسن والحسين) ، حاصل على الدكتوراه في البحث المعنون (مراجعة المراجعات) ، ويعمل الآن دكتور في جامعة الكويت وموجه في وزارة الأوقاف في دار القرآن للدراسات الإسلامية ومديراً لمدرسة ورثة الأنبياء.

هل يجب أن تتناول الفاكهة حقًا - هل هي حتى صحية؟

أريد اليوم تغطية بعض الأشياء الشيقة عن الفوكة. تحتوي الفواكه على فيتامين سي والمغذيات النباتية والألياف. لكن هل يرجح السيئ على الجيد ؟
تحتوي الفاكهة على 5 أضعاف السكر على الأقل مقارنة بالخضار. في الواقع 85٪ من قطعة الفاكهة عبارة عن سكر. إذا كنت تتناول الفاكهة لأنها صحية فقد ترغب في الحصول على العناصر الغذائية من مصدر مختلف كالخضار لأنه لا يوجد شيء في الفواكة إلا وهو موجود أيضا في الخضار.
تحتوي الفاكهة على كميات قليلة جدًا من العديد من العناصر الغذائية التي يحتاجها جسمك ، بما في ذلك:
• البروتين
• الدهون الصحية
• حديد
• فيتامينات ب
• الكالسيوم
• الزنك
• أوميغا 3
• فيتامين د
تحتوي بعض الفواكه على كميات أقل من السكر ويمكن استهلاكها بكميات صغيرة بما في ذلك:
• توت العليق
• توت العليق - التوت الاسود
• توت أحمر
• فراولة
تحتوي الفاكهة على الجلوكوز والفركتوز. قد يكون الفركتوز منخفضًا في مؤشر رفعه لسكر الدم لكنه ليس بديلاً صحيًا للسكر. يستطيع الكبد فقط استقلاب الفركتوز مما يعني أنه يمكن أن يفرط في الكبد ويسبب سلسلة من المشاكل.
مشاكل أخرى مع الفركتوز:
• يجعلك تشعر برضا أقل
• يزيد من الكورتيزول
• يقلل من حساسية الأنسولين
• يساهم في تكون الكبد الدهنية
الخلاصة:إذا كنت تتناول الفاكهة لأنها صحية فقد ترغب في الحصول على العناصر الغذائية من مصدر مختلف كالخضار لأنه لا يوجد شيء في الفواكة إلا وهو موجود أيضا في الخضار (ماعدى الفروكتوز غير الصحي)

This rare footage has gone on record as the largest glacier calving event ever captured on film, by the 2016 Guiness Book of World Records.

On May 28, 2008, Adam LeWinter and Director Jeff Orlowski filmed a historic breakup at the Ilulissat Glacier in Western Greenland. The calving event lasted for 75 minutes and the glacier retreated a full mile across a calving face three miles wide. The height of the ice is about 3,000 feet, 300-400 feet above water and the rest below water.

Chasing Ice won the award for Excellence in Cinematography at the 2012 Sundance Film Festival and a 2013 Emmy Award for Outstanding Nature Programming.
