الآيات من 78 إلى 74

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
ثُمَّ قَسَتْ قُلُوبُكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَٰلِكَ فَهِيَ كَالْحِجَارَةِ أَوْ أَشَدُّ قَسْوَةً ۚ وَإِنَّ مِنَ الْحِجَارَةِ لَمَا يَتَفَجَّرُ مِنْهُ الْأَنْهَارُ ۚ وَإِنَّ مِنْهَا لَمَا يَشَّقَّقُ فَيَخْرُجُ مِنْهُ الْمَاءُ ۚ وَإِنَّ مِنْهَا لَمَا يَهْبِطُ مِنْ خَشْيَةِ اللَّهِ ۗ وَمَا اللَّهُ بِغَافِلٍ عَمَّا تَعْمَلُونَ ﴿74﴾
أَفَتَطْمَعُونَ أَنْ يُؤْمِنُوا لَكُمْ وَقَدْ كَانَ فَرِيقٌ مِنْهُمْ يَسْمَعُونَ كَلَامَ اللَّهِ ثُمَّ يُحَرِّفُونَهُ مِنْ بَعْدِ مَا عَقَلُوهُ وَهُمْ يَعْلَمُونَ ﴿75﴾
وَإِذَا لَقُوا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا قَالُوا آمَنَّا وَإِذَا خَلَا بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَىٰ بَعْضٍ قَالُوا أَتُحَدِّثُونَهُمْ بِمَا فَتَحَ اللَّهُ عَلَيْكُمْ لِيُحَاجُّوكُمْ بِهِ عِنْدَ رَبِّكُمْ ۚ أَفَلَا تَعْقِلُونَ ﴿76﴾
أَوَلَا يَعْلَمُونَ أَنَّ اللَّهَ يَعْلَمُ مَا يُسِرُّونَ وَمَا يُعْلِنُونَ ﴿77﴾
وَمِنْهُمْ أُمِّيُّونَ لَا يَعْلَمُونَ الْكِتَابَ إِلَّا أَمَانِيَّ وَإِنْ هُمْ إِلَّا يَظُنُّونَ ﴿78﴾

بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَنِ الرَّحِيمِ
BISM IL-LAAHIR-RAH'MAN IR-RAH'EEM
In the Name of God, the All-Merciful, the Most Compassionate.
2:255
اللَّهُ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا هُوَ الْحَيُّ الْقَيُّومُ
ALLAAHO LAA ELAAHA ILLAA HOWA, AL-HAYYUL QAYYOOMO,
Allah—there is no god except Him—is the Living One,the All-sustainer.
لَا تَأْخُذُهُ سِنَةٌ وَلَا نَوْمٌ
LAA TAAKHOZOHU SENATUWN WALAA NAWMUN,
Neither drowsiness befalls Him nor sleep.
لَهُ مَا فِي السَّمَاوَاتِ وَمَا فِي الْأَرْضِ
LAHU MAA FIS SAMAAWAATE WA MAA FIL ARZE,
To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever is on the earth.
مَنْ ذَا الَّذِي يَشْفَعُ عِنْدَهُ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ
MAN ZAL LAZE YASH-FA-O' I'NDAHU ILLAA BE-IZNEHI,
Who is it that may intercede with Him except with His permission?
يَعْلَمُ مَا بَيْنَ أَيْدِيهِمْ وَمَا خَلْفَهُمْ
YA'LAMO MAA BAYNA AYDEEHIM WA MAA KHALFAHUM,
He knows what is before them and what is behind them,
وَلَا يُحِيطُونَ بِشَيْءٍ مِنْ عِلْمِهِ إِلَّا بِمَا شَاءَ
WA LAA YOHEETOONA BE SHAYIM MIN I'LMEHI ILLAA BEMAA SHAAA-A,
and they do not comprehend anything of His knowledge except what He wishes.
وَسِعَ كُرْسِيُّهُ السَّمَاوَاتِ وَالْأَرْضَ
WASE-A' KURSIYYOHUS SAMAAWAATE WAL ARZA,
His seat embraces the heavens and the earth and He is not wearied by their preservation,
وَلَا يَئُودُهُ حِفْظُهُمَا
WA LAA YA-OODOHU HIFZOHOMAA,
and He is the All-exalted,
وَهُوَ الْعَلِيُّ الْعَظِيمُ
WA HOWAL A'LIYYUL A'ZEEMO.
the All-supreme.

Hazrat Ayesha (R.A.) stated that when anyone among them had an illness, Prophet Mohammad (SAW.) used to rub the area of the pain reciting This Dua.

"O Lord of the people, remove this pain and cure it, You are the one who cures and there is no one besides You who can cure, grant such a cure that no illness remains". * (Bukhari, Muslim) *

The Messenger of Allah (Allah bless him and give him peace) used to say, “O Allah take away the hardship, O Lord of mankind, give shifa, You are the One who cures, there is no cure except Your shifa, a cure that will not leave any sickness. (Allahumma adhibil ba’sa Rabb an-naas Ishfi antash-shaafii la shifa’aa illa shifa-uka shifa-an la yughadiru saqaman).”

أَذْهِبِ الْبَأْسَ رَبَّ النَّاسِ وَاشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِي لَا شِفَاءَ إِلَّا شِفَاؤُكَ شِفَاءٌ لَا يُغَادِرُ سَقَمَاً

It would also be recommended to rub the area with one’s right hand — whether the sick person is oneself, or another. [Nawawi, Sharh Sahih Muslim]

Strive to supplicate with one’s own words too, remembering that you will be answered, and realizing the words of Allah “Believers, be patient; outdo others in patience; remain resolute; and be mindful of Allah, in order that you may succeed.” [Qur’an, 3.200]

listen to this as much as possible from relief of illnesses of this world,
listen to at time of fajr (dawn) and maghrib (sunset/dusk)
have beleif of the creater.
