صبر على الابتلاءات أن يمنع الإنسان نفسه من الجزع عند وقوع المقدور
إذ قد يبتلي الله الإنسان بالمرض أو الفقر أو غيرها من الابتلاءات التي
قد يعجز عن دفَعها عن نفسه فعلى العبد حينها أن يُعوّد نفسه على الصبر والرضا
وأن يبتعد عن مظاهر السخط، كاللطم، والصراخ، وشَقّ الجيوب، وغيرها إذ إن
الصبر من الأمور الواجب على المسلم التمسك بها، وفي مرتبةٍ أعلى من الصبر يقع
الرضا بما قسمه الله والفرق بينهما أن من يرضى بالقضاء لا يجد في نفسه ألماً
أو ضيقاً ممّا حصل له ويحتلّ الشكر درجة أعلى منهم وذلك بأن يشكر المؤمن ربه
على البلاء الذي أصابه باعتبار أن فيه نعمةٌ، حتى وإن خفيت عليه ومن أنواع هذه الابتلاءات
