📅🆓NEET Rank & College Predictor 2024: https://infinitylearn.com/neet-rank-predictor?utm_source=YouTube&utm_medium=NEETYT&utm_campaign=LIVE We know mathematically vectors are represented by arrows i.e a directed line segments. But now tell me how can we compare such two vectors? When can say that two vectors are equal to each other? Watch this video to know answers to these questions and to learn about different types of vectors like collinear vectors, Coinitial Vectors, equal vectors etc.

Vector multiplication can be tricky, and in fact there are two kinds of vector products. We already learned the dot product, which is a scalar, but there is another way to multiply vectors to get another vector, and it's called the cross product. Let's learn how to do this now!

In this video, we look at what is meant by scalar and vector quantities. We then look at distance as an example of a scalar quantity and displacement as an example of a vector quantity.

In this lesson, we will learn how to add vectors graphically in order to find the sum of two vectors. This process is called finding the resultant vector.
In this process, the vectors are drawn head to tail and then the resultant vector is drawn from the tail of the first vector to the head of the second vector.
We calculate the sum of vectors for many purposes. We might add two forces together or add two displacement vectors. We can even add angular momentum vectors or add velocity vectors. The process works for any two vectors that should be added together to solve physics problems.
This video explains how to use the parallelogram method to find the resultant sum of two vectors. You need to be familiar with law of cosines formula in order to make this work.

What are all these funny little arrows? They're vectors! And we will use them to represent every single force we discuss in physics, so we need to know how to draw them, add them, subtract them, split them up into X and Y components, the whole nine yards. We also need to know the difference between vectors and scalars. So let's get this stuff taken care of before we dive into the physics!
