This brief video clip, from a Cable TV program that runs for an hour or more, is being used for non-profit educational and commentary use, its uploading, embedding, and viewing is clearly in accordance with 17 USC § 107 - Limitations on exclusive rights: Fair use, and the copyright of the creator of the video contained in this short clip remains intact, undiluted, and without violation or damage of any kind.
