Let’s talk about attention deficit disorder and what I consider the best remedy for ADD or ADHD.

Some people may have a difficult time transitioning from their medication to this natural remedy for ADD. This transition should be done gradually and with the help of a doctor.

ADD, or ADHD, has nothing to do with someone’s intelligence—we’re talking about a lack of attention and, in some cases, hyperactivity.

Many different things can play into someone having problems with attention, like overstimulation or difficulty in school. There is also a physical component involved when someone has ADD or attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

و عليكم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته
بالنسبة للولاية الراجح أنها ركن من أركان النكاح، و أنه لا نكاح إلا بولي، فقد روى ذلك عشرون من الصحابة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، و إنما اختلف فقط في حديث أبي موسى الأشعري فقد روي بإسناد صحيح عن أبي بردة عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم مرسلا و أبو بردة تابعي لم ير النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم لكنه ثبت أيضا من حديث إسرائيل عن جده أبي إسحاق السبيعي عن أبي بردة عن أبي موسى عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم متصلا و هذا الذي يترجح أنه موصول و أنه صحيح لا إشكال فيه؛
و في حديث عائشة أيما امرأة نكحت بغير إذن وليها فنكاحها باطل فنكاحها باطل فنكاحها باطل فإن اختلفوا فالسلطان ولي من لا ولي له؛
و الولي قسمان :
ولي مجبر وهو ولي البكر و السفيهة التي لا تحسن التصرف و المجنونة و نحوها و هذا الولي لا يمكن تجاوزه في النكاح؛
و الثاني الولي غير المجبر: وهو ولي الثيب الرشيدة و هذه وليها في الأصل ولدها أو أبوها فإن لم يكن لها ولد و لا أب فجدها فإن لم يكن لها جد فإخوتها الأشقاء فإن لم يكن لها إخوة أشقاء فإخوتها من الأب فإن ام يكن فأعمامها ثم أولاد أعمامها إلى آخره على ترتيب الولاية لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم جعل القرب في الولاية في العصبة في الميراث فقال ألحقوا الفرائض بأهلها فما بقي فأولى رجل ذكر، فأولى رجل ذكر فهو الولي فاختلف العلماء فقط في ترتيب الوالد و الولد، فعند المالكية الولد مقدم على الوالد اذا كان بالغا رشيدا و عند غيرهم خلاف في المسألة فمنهم من يقدم الوالد و منهم من يقدم الولد و الله تعالى يقول في الميراث أيضا:{ آباءكم و أبناءكم لا تدرون أيهم أقرب لكم نفعا } ؛
و الثيب الرشيدة يلي نكاحها أي ولي من أوليائها حتى ولو كان ابن عم مع وجود الأقربين و ذلك لأنها هي رشيدة و تعرف أمر نفسها و مصلحتها، و إذا كان في إخبار والدها أو ولدها ضرر عليها أو منع لمصلحة تريدها من النكاح أو نحو ذلك فيمكن أن تطلب أحد إخوتها أو بني عمها أن يزوجها و حينئذ يصح النكاح، و إذا حصل ذلك سواء علم به الولي الأقرب فأقره أو لم يعلم به أو رفضه فليس له ذلك لأن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: ( الثيب أحق بنفسها من وليها ) و لكن لابد من ولي وليكن ابن عم أو أي أحد من عشيرتها يرعى مصلحتها و يراعي سمعتها فإنه يقوم لها مقام الولي الأقرب.
أما قضية كتمان النكاح فهي محل خلاف بين أهل العلم لأن الأصل إعلانه وهو مندوب وليس واجبا و إذا شهد عليه عدلان فعند الشافعية ليس نكاح سر و نكاح السر المنهي عنه هو الذي لم يشهد عليه عدلان أما إذا شهد عدلان أو وثق أو أصبح ثابتا لا نكرة فيه فحينئذ لا يكون نكاح سر عند الشافعي رحمه الله و هذا الذي يبدو أنه أرجح من ناحية الدليل.
و لكن الأفضل بالنسبة للخيرات و الفاضلات و من لهن أسرة قد تتضرر سمعتها بمثل هذه الأمور ألا تقدم على النكاح السري لأنه في الواقع مخاطرة و مغامرة قد يترتب عليه ولد و الله أعلم و حينئذ قد يقع الإنكار أو تقع في حرج و كذلك قد تتطرق الألسنة إليها وقد يظن بها ظن السوء إذا ريء معها رجل لا يعلم الناس أنه تزوجها فكل ذلك يلزم فيه الاحتياط و حفظ العرض واجب.
