The very great Oliver Hardy sings two songs: "Lazy Moon" is from "Pardon Us" (filmed on July 8th, 1930), and "Shine On Harvest Moon" from "Flying Deuces" (filmed July or August 1939).
This took me several times to video, because I was laughing so hard. I couldn't help but laugh towards the end haha

In this comedy, Stan and Ollie are sailors who check into a sleazy hotel where the owner, Mugsie Long, plans to force the hotel maid into marriage against her will. Stan and Ollie intervene to help the young girl, leading to a series of comical situations and a confrontation with the tough Mugsie. The story continues with a mix-up in a boxing match where Stan ends up in the ring against Mugsie. The confusion involving a loaded glove, bets, and a runaway chase adds to the hilarity of the film. As always, Laurel and Hardy's comedic antics and physical humor are central to the entertainment in "Any Old Port!"
In my opinion, this is one of the best L & H guest appearances. It's the second of two from the film Pick A Star (1937) starring Rosina Lawrence. It makes me laugh every time. The tunes, the facial expressions, the trumpet - and that tiny harmonica! Brilliant.
Church & Sons Painting Co. happily brings you a must see video of Laurel and Hardy masquerading as painters! Absolutely touching with a very cute ending.. ;)
